Highlights:

• Revenue up 6% to £10.93 million (2020: £10.31 million)
• Profit before tax down 1% to £8.12 million (2020: £8.23 million)
• Cash at year end of £6.5 million (30 June 2020: £8.1 million)
• Second interim dividend of 62p per share (2020: 52p)
• Special dividend of 38p per share (2020: 53p)
