Bioventix is an expanding company and we are constantly looking for highly skilled professionals with expertise in the following areas:

Cell Culture Scientists: Experience of sterile cell culture techniques is essential. Experience of hybridoma fusion and hollow-fibre bioreactor systems would be an advantage.

Purification Scientists: Knowledge of column chromatography systems would be essential. Experience of Protein A purification of antibodies and FPLC particularly the Pharmacia Akta system would be an advantage.

Analytical Scientist: Familiarity of analytical techniques used for antibodies would be advantageous (ELISA, HPLC, SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, IEF, spectrophotometry and densitometry etc).

Molecular Biology: Experience of antibody gene cloning and expression in bacteria, yeast and mammalian cells would be desirable. Knowledge of humanised antibodies and single-chain Fv creation would be highly relevant.
